Responsible for following up key account quality improvement initiative and troubleshooting, driving internal team continuous improvement. Including typical issue root cause analysis driven. Work closely with PD, TCS, sales for troubleshooting the issues. On site customer supporting if necessaryMonitor products critical properties trend and product performance and work with team to take proactive actions, to reduce COPQ and off spec rate Understand the customer requirements and analyze complaint trend to pre-announce team to potential risk and alert team to take preventative action Performing internal/ external auditing with team, follow up FA and CAR Temporary tasks assigned by line manager


Who we are looking for:Bachelor"s degree or above, Chemistry or relative, 3 years working experience at least Good team working spirit Good problem shooting ability and independent ability and analysis ability English CET-6 or above, fluent on speaking and writing, good PC ability IATF16949 internal auditor, familiar with 5 core tools, and familiar with quality system audit Expierience in Auto industry is highly preferred
